Where Data Is Stored
Your book data (text, images, PDF) is stored on our self-hosted servers in Switzerland. AI generation is processed by OpenAI and Anthropic (USA) under Standard Contractual Clauses. Payment data is processed by Stripe (USA/EU). Your child’s name is anonymized before being sent to any external provider.
How Long We Keep It
- Books and content: 12 months
- AI prompts and raw data: 6 months
- Notification email: 90 days after delivery
Anonymization
Before any data is sent to AI providers, your child’s name is replaced with a placeholder (e.g., "{{CHILD}}"). The AI provider never receives your child’s real name.
Deletion
You can request deletion of all your data at any time via our privacy request form. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
